Las Vegas developer targets handicap niche
When people think of Las Vegas, rarely do they envision a handicap friendly city. While that is an incorrect assumption, the developer for Promenada condos is doing everything they can to target that niche.
All along the strip and other tourist destinations, you find plenty of handicap accessible and friendly locales. However, when you start looking in residential areas, not so much. Rarely does a builder offer specifically designed handicap accessible floorplans, and I haven't seen a condo development do it until Promenada at Rainbow offered them. The development is a typical mix use mid-rise community, consisting of three buildings with retail at the ground level. Units will feature many upgrades standard, including high end appliances, flooring, baseboards and the like. They offer a total of 10 floor plans, 2 of which are HCA.
The community will also offer a few unique resident amenities, like a hammock garden and outdoor amphitheater. The common areas will also have free WiFi.
If you are thinking about buying a Las Vegas condo, Promenada is worth a look.
